Can I determinate priorites between externall calls and internall calls

Within a Routing Strategy, it is possible to prioritize between External and Internal Calls. Look up "CallType" in your documentation...

One thing to remember - if your call is passed internally across your own Network, between 2 Switches, it *may* arrive at the Second Switch as an External Call - you will need to find a way to correct this issue.
