Hello everybody!
Recently I had to deploy genesys platform on the other servers and everything was deploying well until I began testing calling.
The problem is about Stream Manager.
I did all necessary - deployed configuration layer, management layer, routing components (ERSDAP, ERSDBServer, URServer, StatServer, IRD) and of course SIP and SM - in general all for testing call and play ann. (except statistic components)
I created simple test strategy included 3 blocks: Entry, Play Announcement, Exit.
And could see such situation - my call entered strategy and ended on block "Play Announcemen" with "Busy".
I started analysing logs and became stymied with such error (code 166) - No Stream Managers are defined.
I checked everything what i could - Stream Manager and SIP options, different connections, VoIP service DN named Treatment and its annex and so on. I even tried to change versions of SM (7.2 <--> 7.6) So my last hope is you, my colleagues! :) Can you help me plz what's wrong I did or maybe what I did not...Hope you will advise me some ideas.
Here is my SIP and SM logs with only 1 test call. As you can see, SM log is without any gestures, strange silent... :(

I can't download the logs from where I am, however, the first thing I would do is look at the VOIP Service DNs Annex tab properties to verify the contact details are fine and cross check them with the Stream Manager application options.

Please change value of SIP Server's option 'sip-treatments-enabled' to 'true' and try again :)
