Title: Creating Persons, logins, extension from flat file

I want to add about 300 new users to Genesys. I have the list in flat file. Any way to automate this Person, Agent Login, Extension creation process?

See the facility "Configuration Import Wizard" - I think you should be able to "Search" this Forum for discussions/replies...

Unfortunately, we cannot attach graphics on the Forum.

It is a desktop application available with the configuration layer - check your installation CD's/DVD's... :)
