Title: OCM: Error 1007

Whith this error only one user can view calling list by ocm. but I can conect with SQL_Server.
any body had this problem?

In Oracle this error is because the listener is down but in SQL_Server I do´nt know

the solution was restart OCSServer and DBServer. But I don't understand
