Title: EOS / EOL Dates

I've done some quick research on the web and have even asked Genesys about this to no avail. So... forgive me if there's another thread on this but I didn't see one.

Could anyone provide insight on EOS /EOL Dates for the following?

VTO 7.0
Dialogic 6.0 (Used for VTO)
CC Analyzer 7.2
Hyperion 8.5

Hi Mike,

Genesys TechSupport has sent recently a newsletter about EOL dates and EOL policy. You can find it using Genesys Solution Search or by asking TechSupport directly. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to post it here.

I've looked at the document you're referring to and did not see any of these applications on the list. Since they've not been updated in years, I assume that if not already EOS/EOL, they will be soon. I'm just trying to get a bead on when that might be.

Michael -
There has been a 7.6 release for DataMart (ETL) and DataSourcer within the last few months. You'll need to check under the respective components to find the updates.
