Title: insertion time on the DB
Post by: malhelo on January 30, 2011, 02:51:43 PM
Dears
I have noticed that Genesys applications are inserted the records in the DB with deference 2 hours ( -2 hours)

noting that the date/time on the server and DB is OK
noting that the application installed at UNIX and Oracle version is 10g

Thanks for your help
