Hello,
I check the documentation but I unsure ,if the outbound voice is supported from GPlus Adapter 7.5 ICI or ERP.
Could you help me?

Can't speak to the ERP adapter specifically, but I can say for certain that the ICI adapter does support outbound. You'll likely want the Gplus Adapter 7.5 Campaign Synchronization for SAP in order to link campaign information between SAP and Genesys, and to control the autodial gateway.

Be careful .... The call direction is set wrong in the ICI adapter such that campaign calls are displayed as "Inbound" calls in SAP Web IC. Also, campaign sync has a SAP problem which causes Campaign Statistics to be retrieved on every call and the PDLIST entry deleted. There is some new functionality in SAP ICI 3.07 / SAP CRM Enhancement Pack 1 (EhP1) which allows campaign records to be rescheduled correctly. However, this functionality has not found its way into the Gplus adapter yet.
