Hi guys,
A customer is asking if there is any way we can show only logged agents or even better only ready agents for a interaction, voice, chat, mail, etc. At the moment we can see a list of ALL agents, and it is sometimes hard to find a suitable agent to make a consult on some queries they have...any idea?
I thought on maybe a develop showing a tab with Logged in agents but will make them go to another tab and search and then go and search again on the transfer option which might be kinda user-unfriendly...

enable-object-monitoring option on GAD ;D
