Hi All,
We are using genesys 7.5ver, now we are facing the issue like repeated calls through. The agent dispose the call as [b]SWITCH OFF[/b] but the data through to the agent again. Still we are having fresh data and We are [b]not rechurned[/b] the data then how this is happening.

Hi Karon,
Not familar with this issue, have you opened a ticket with support? What switch are you using? Can you describe the problem in more detail?
