Hello,
I am trying to create a formula statistic where both cca and ccpulse will display the number of calls per hour for an agent group.
For example if an agent group answers 40 inbound calls between 8-12AM, how can I display this an 10 calls per hour.
We are also trying to the same for outbound including dial attempts.
