Hi,
We are trying to develop some reports from ICON using TSQL. We have taken most of the required fields like talk, hold, ring, dial etc. from G_PARTY_STAT and G_CALL_STAT table. All these are matching with Infomart report.
The customer have already a set of reports from Infomart and they will be trying to match this Icon Reports with their Infomart reports.
Bu the wrap time from above tables is not getting matched. Currently we found that the difference of ADDED_TS and PREVSENTER_TS from IconVoice->G_AGENT_STATE_HISTORY is matching with the call wrap time in infomart.
I would like to know whether there is any other better way to take this wrap time.
How the infomart is getting these values from Icon?

Hi,
Why are you making statistics reports from ICON?
All reports should be made from Info mart only.
