Can someone clarify for me what is meant by a distributed call in relation to CCA reporting data. What actions relating to a call mean it is counted as been distributed.

"Distributed call" is a call that was succesfully delivered to its destination via routing. In other words, it is the call that left routing point/queue via RequestRoute command and/or EventDiverted. I gather that from page 7 of Reporting 6.1 Reference Information for CC Analyzer and CC Pulse.

To be really sure, ask Genesys, but me thinks they will give a similar reply.
