Hi,
We are using ocs 8 and sip 8 version for outbound deployment. When agents logout and login again, they are unable to see the campaign.
When we stop and start the campaign again, they are able to view it.
Do we need to make any config changes for it?

Shouldn't...check OCS logs to see if OCS acknowledges their login or any problem you may find

I restarted OCS, SIP and stat Server and it's working fine now :(

Are all components on same server? Same location? If not check WAN and ADDP parameters
