Does anybody know what the difference between v_agent_month and r_voice_a_month is?
Any help is appreciated.

Generaly speaking v_RL_agglevel views are extended versions of r_RL_agglevel views. The second ones just combine results from R_N_STAT_RES tables if you have several ODS sources. The v_ views are extended versions with some additional percentages, averages, service factors constructed from basic statistics. Per example the r_ view will store N_INBOUND and T_INBOUND and v_ view will also have AV_T_INBOUND, PC_N_INBOUND
To be specific in your question v_agent_month is a value dimension view constructed in Datamart from R_N_STAT_RES tables for AGENT report layout (AGENT is a template name from DMA) for month level aggregates.
r_voice_a_month will be a basic view constructed for VOICE_A report layout also for monthly aggregates. I suppose that VOICE_A report layout is customer specific (non-standard)
