Title: How to create a statistic for DN outOfService

Hello,

How to create a statistic which will tell me how many devices (phone/place) are out of services that I can use in a strategy ?

Can I make a difference between "OutOfService" and "NotMonitored" ?

and what is OutOfService for you? If the phone is Out on the pbx side it won't be able to monitor it therefore, can receive calls...

yes the effect is that the telephone is "not monitored" anymore !

And Genesys still routes to that? What PBX you have?

T-Server Cisco : this is the case where all phones are going "Out of Service" due to WAN Failure between CUCM and Phones, but the JTAPI link still exits and remains fonctionnal between CUCM and T-Server
