Title: ANI showing Anonymous in GVP

HI there,

We are facing issue in GVP where for some of the inbound calls ANI is showing as anonymous, what could be the issue??
Also i have checked the MGW logs and ANI is getting captured properly but when checking the PopGateway logs im able to view anonymous calls.

Please help.

Well can be actually anonymous calls, like when you hide your number from your cellphone...
Check the logs and see the call flow to see if when the call arrives to your MG it does has some identifier or not

Hi vishal,

It's probable that ANI is shown in MG's log but not passed to SIP Server if 'hidden number' flag (look for header keys P-Asserted-Identity and Privacy) is set.
