How has anyone else out there handled this situation???
A contact centre that handles calls from multiple countries, with multiple agent shifts. Different supervisors would consider the 'day' and therefore stat reset to be different (depending on customer country).
For example - contact centre handles customers in GMT, GMT +8, GMT -8. And they would want to run VQ reports for those countries (vqs) with stats only resetting at the end of the customer's day.
Potentially you could have multiple statservers etc, or multiple templates, but just wondering what people out there have done??
