Title: Outbound Cut calls.

Hi buddies;

We are making a new deployment for Outbound with RSI Points, an IRD Strategy and a PG in CCd, everything it's working, but the issue is that after 3 seconds ringing, the call is dropped, so the agent has to answer immediatly, i think that this is related with a timer, but do you have an idea about one to manage this?? ???

So...this is an OXE, right? Using CPD or GPA2 boards? What does the Tserver logs indicate?

Yes, it's an OXE, with GPA2 Board, later i will update the T-Server, OCS and URS logs, thanks in advance...
