Title: Proficiencies VS Priorities

Hi there,

Hopefully this comes across correctly - please steer me where required.

could someone please advise the benefits of using Genesys proficencies over priorites or vice versa. Is there any particular flavour that is preferable? Can anyone else advise if they use both in a live environment and how its working?

Proficencies as in skills?? Sorry but my english seems not to be that good as it is hard to understand your idea. Can you detail maybe a little more?
