Title: GVP Outbound calling : obn.asp - Help please...

Hello all,

I would like to make outbound calls using obn.asp (GVP 7.2 EE).

After installing "obn" on our server, I developped a trigger application which just does a http request to "obn.asp" (passing the phone number to call and the name of the IVR application to play). So far, it works: when I trigger "obn", it starts, make the call and play the IVR tree.

From the IVR tree I would like to get the phone number I'm calling (through "obn"), in order to save it with the answers of the callee. How to get it?

For debugging purpose, I checked the "Request.Querystring" http call of the first page of the IVR tree but, no trace of the callee phone number. I just get something like :

http://gvpservername.domain/vpm/database/appurl/tests/outbound_call/start.asp?CPARESULT=CPA_NORMAL&NEXTACTION=START&ANI=0000&DID=$did$&SESSIONID={EB7E1E5D-31BF-49DF-9A2A-B9F1DFCB540A}&scriptId=$sid$&Scriptdata=$scriptdata$APPID : APPLICATION_TEST

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Asked the same on Genesys team and said that with OBN there was no way, had to move to Proactive contact with OCS

We are also running outbound and inbound calling system but we are using vonage devices and we are not using any special software for that. This is working well for me . May be this is because I am running small company with 20 employ in it. When it will bigger then I am planning to use this kind of software.
