TServer deployment guide should help on Genesys side, but as you, Avaya terms are chinese to me...to look into them I'd go to Avaya documentation, not to Genesys documentation.

It's been a while since I used an Avaya switch, but IIRC Vectors are the routing scripts within the switch and VDN's are the route points.

So the call arrives on the VDN, the vector calls Adjunct routing (which means Genesys will route it) and Genesys returns the ACD Queue target.

There is an excellent, unofficial Genesys document called the Avaya Cookbook which explains all this, better than I can! Also search on this forum for Avaya there is a wealth of info.
