Can somebody explain the use of this two commands to me please
TOpenVoiceFile
This command opens the specified mailbox voice file.
Syntax
TOpenVoiceFile dn,file_name
TPlayVoice
This command plays the specified voice message for a caller.
Syntax
TPlayVoice dn,conn_id,file_handle,segments,iflag,cflag

Parameter Description
dn The directory number of this telephony object.
conn_id The connection identifier of the call for which the message is to be played.
file_handle The handle to the voice file to be played.
segments A pointer to the pre
ecorded speech segment to be played.
iflag A flag indicating whether playback is to be interrupted when a touch one phone button is
pressed.
cflag A flag indicating whether any information that was input is to be cleared before starting
playback.

If I am not mistaken then this is a VTO
elated command, which is a Genesys IVR.
