Is there any way to release an stuck email from a VRP or Queue?

I know of the way of doing it by going directly into sql server db and deleting that interaction from the cache table.
Me also thinks Genesys offered a tool to delete stuck emails a while back, but I cannot access its web site. Did you try asking Genesys support?

I had this problem. what you can do is, go to ICache table and delete the struck record, when you delete make sure to delete the corresponding records from email in table. after that stop and start Statserver, IRserver and ISuite. then u all set

Look for a tool called Resubmitter.exe inside your EmailServer folder.
This tool resubmitts emails that are stuck in the Cache table.
