First agent answer incoming call from first Routing Point and dials number of second RP for supervised transfer.
Genesys routes call to second agent ( from second RP ) only on first agent disconnection ( end of transfer ).
It looks that Genesys starts strategy only after first agent disconnection, before it enquiry call stays in not clear state.
I want to startup strategy on second RP immediately after second RP number dialing and inform first agent does anyone agent is able to answer transfered call => some busy tone if no one ready agent, anything else in case of min 1 ready agent.
I have tried to manage OXE parameter RSI SUPERVISED TRANSFER, also Tserver parameter rsi-report-xfer (true).

on which RSI are you setting the Supervised transfer option?
What is the value for URS route_consult_call option?

everything OK after URS route_consult_call option changing to true.
