Hello,
I have this situation:
- in the Siebel web application I receive my Inbound calls correctly;
- but if there is an inactivity time of 10 or more minutes, the calls after this pause, are not seen in the Siebel CTI toolbar anymore; I receive the calls on the physical phone, I have the CTI events (EventRinging, EventEstablished, EventReleased) in all the logs (SIP Server log, GenCommServer log and SCOMM log), but the calls are not delivered to Siebel CTI toolbar.
Any idea why this happens?

Network or something is closing the TCP connection because of inactivity. Check your network/security guys
