Title: How to set proxy in KANA

Dear All,

How can i set proxy in KANA browser???
I go to https://xxxx.com/CONAV/SYSADM and "Http Client Properties" session
Proxy host: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Proxy Port: 8080
But!!!! still cannot open the website via KANA browser.
What should i do next???

In local IE i can go to the internet such as www.google.com web site

What you did is the only option for proxy settings lekie. There's no other way out to fix the problem.
