Title: Predictive Outbound Call

What configuration for the outbound VDN is required in Genesys CME for making predictive outbound calls? Routing Point, Virtual Routing Point, ACD Queue, etc?

It is configured as a route point.

Are you using aCPD Server or PBX call classification?
