Hi All,

Got a quick question.

Thanks for your reply Cavagnaro,

Lets say we do not plan to monitor the agents and want to reduce the time and effort associated with GAD supervisor training and administration. We pretty much know what CME does but new to GAD and trying to understnad if GAD supervisor is mandatory to manage the agents and if we can do all that in CME.

In other words what additional GAD supervisor can do that CME cant.

CME can't prove to you tool for monitor agent and show the stat. just split this two things - cme it's the CONFIG manager and GAS - it's the AGENT SUPERVISOR desktop.

Thanks for your response WBR Timur,

I have more clarity now.

To summarise, its like we DO the configuration in CME and USE that configuration in GAS to setup Agents and monitor those.
