please provide the solution for the below request
We would require preview dialing where in dialer will through calls without connect whenever agent found on idle state and agent will initiate the call or on time out set call will get dial automatically

Auto Preview dialing....lol, wouldn't that be called Progressive or Predictive dialing? Please read the documentation and contact a Genesys sales guy

Your requirement is a bit confusing.
One thing you can look at is the dialing mode "Push Preview". This method of dialing works by pushing a preview interaction to the desktop from OCS which the agent can accept or reject; on accept they can then choose to dial.
This allows for the business to drive the outbound campaign by pushing interactions without making the dial at the switch.
