Title: Avaya CenterVu Agent Screenpop

Hi All:

Has anyone used the Avaya CenterVu Agent for the CallMaster VI Teleset as a SoftPhone with ScreenPOP. Avaya comes with this wonderful "SoftPhone" type product called the "CenterVu Agent" which can only work with a hardware called the "CallMaster VI" which is the equivalent of the physical teleset without the dialpad.

Has anyone done this before. Please let me know.
