I want to see if there was anyway we can change the amount of time it takes for the adherence reports to update after a rep's scheduled has been corrected. I notice that it taking up to 24 hrs at times. This seems to also be affecting the adherence details report.

I am also wondering how far back you can change an exception to make adherence match.  For example can I change data for 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 2 months.....
