Hi,
Are the IM transcripts between agents (and expert agents) stored anywhere for us to retrieve ?
Can the IM transcripts between agents be also stored / linked to the customer history interaction within iWorkspace ?

Hi Gremlin,
I would say that transcripts are not stored anywhere but it should be possible to customize Workspace to store it to UCS database.
