Title: Why debug functionality not available in IRD?

Debug functionality not available,
when selecting monitoring, there are three tabs : connection, configuration and monitoring under .
since the status of all applications in the connection tab not displayed, cause Debug in the context menu not available.
does anyone know why these status of all applications in the connection tab not displayed ???

Hi,

Please check with your network administrator that servers where required applications - Configuration Server, Message Server and URS - run and ports used by these applications are accessible from PC where you run IRD.

Thanks, Rene, it really has sth to do with the network, It was fixed.
