Title: logging into Genesys through a web server?
Post by: Bill Smith on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Hi,
We have a Web enabled CRM application and we want that when the agent logs into the CRM application through a web page, he should automatically be logged into the genesys T server.
I wish to know the kind of effort(in person days maybe!) involved in this interface and whether there is an outof heox interface for this available through Genesys?

thanks
Bill

If you have somebody who undestand Tlib or genesys activex, you can easily do it within one day.

Java SoftPhone sample is another way to go.
All you need to do is issue RequestAgentLogin command to log your agent in....
But I am a little bit concerned about the rest do you need to monitor events from Genesys for this DN as well (such as EventRinging, for example)? Then, of course, it would taker a little bit longer.
