Title: No Voice after SIP phone connected

Hi Everyone,

I'm using 3CX SIP phone to login to Genesys SIP server, it can login without issue, but when i make a test call to another 3CX SIP phone, it ring & when connected, we can't hear each other.
sip-port is set at 5060 at SIP Server, do not need to worry about RTP port, anyone know what RTP port range Genesy SIP server is using?

sounds more like a codec issue. check the one used by softphones and ones declared on sip server

We've found this issue...& a simple one too...just allow this SIP phone application in the PC firewall...that is...
