Hi,
Wanted to know the feasibility of integrating Co Tweet with Genesys eServices. If yes, what are the different
possible ways of achieving the same.
Would appreciate any help.

Mmmm .. if depends what and how you want to integrate. Do you want to use CoTweet as a desktop / front end for Genesys routed social interactions for example? With eServices a Twitter Tweet or Facebook post results in a new interaction being created and then routed to an advisor in the same way as for an email. Desktop support is via GAD or IWS.

Yes thats what the idea is. We want to use CoTweet as a front end for Social Media
but the routing needs to be from the Genesys framework. Was pondering if the Genesys
integration feasibility is supported by CoTweet?
