Title: threshold doensn't start always action

When there is a change in a number of waiting callers a threshold starts an action.
This action is an vb module that updates a table. This table is providing information for the agents. Sometimes there isn't an update. The action was not started. It happens in 1 update of 100 but wrong information is no information.

any ideas? I read about consulting the STATSERVER directly but find no info.
