Title: Repeat announcements

Hi guys,

is it possible to repeat announcements on a single "play announcement" block? I'd like to use the following routing strategy. I use this strategy to play 4 commercials to our customers, but i want to set a loop. Then, when a caller enters a digit, we should route the call to the target selection block. Is it possible with this announcement block?

Tried an another strategy with "play announcement and collect digits" and "If" blocks.

In the If block i set this option:[b] CED[] >= '0' [/b]
If else (The caller doesnt enters any digit) route the call to the second "play announcement and collect digits" block. With this solution after the call arrives to this routing point, the strategy plays the two video file in loop, but when i push any button, i can talk with an agent.

Each announcement block points to a videofile. The first video is OK, when i push any button, the caller is routed to an agent. But when i do nothing, the strategy doesnt play the second video.  ???

Alex,

I'm not 100 % sure about this but please connect red port of first Play Announcement block to your IF block.

Hi,

it doesnt help me. The problem is the same. The second video doesnt arrive after the first video. The call stays in established state, but I see myself on the screen.

Can you post here SIP Server, Stream Manager URS logs?

Hi Alex,

I checked the logs and system doesn't even try to call second treatment. Have you specified TOTAL_TIMEOUT parameter?

Hi René, I dont configured this parameter. I can set it on the parameters tab of the "play announcement" block?

I have 40sec long videos.
