Title: WFM Config Utility not showing Action button on Menu bar

Hi,

I just finished up installing WFM setup and saw that
the Config Utility was not showing the Action button
on the Menu bar. Only two buttons are displayed -
ie., File and Help.

Has anyone come across this scenario earlier? Also
wanted to ask if its due to some installation discrepancy?

Any inputs appreciated.
