Hi,
When I am trying to login to WFM Web Services, its giving me an error stating "Cannot connect to WFM Server"(please see the screenshot attached), inspite of every WFM component being up and running.
The error code its giving is INIT-1. Couldnt find anything
related.
Also, I did a check on all the required configuration and it seemed ok.
Would appreciate any inputs on this.
Thanks.

Are you sure the WFM Web application is pointing to the correct Configuration Server?
Check ConfigServer.properties file under WEB-INF folder
-
Which location and component you are referring to?
-
I'm referring to WFM Web component. It is a Tomcat or Websphere based Web Service. You should have a "wfm" folder and beneath that you should have WEB-INF folder and then the ConfigServer.properties file. Not sure about the exact folder-subfolder structure, though.
You may always search for ConfigServer.properties using your OS search functionalities.

Bingo fnunezsa, you got it.
the ConfigServer.properties file was not updated with the ConfigServer Details.
The WFM Web is working now after updating the file.
Just wondering why Genesys does not mention these things at the right place or
it was me who missed it. I dont remember the mention of updating the
ConfigServer.properties file anywhere when installing WFM Web.
Thanks for all the help.

As far as I remember the information stored in ConfigServer.properties is gathered by the WFM Web installation Wizard.
