Title: Email stat in cc Pulse+
Post by: MortenK on September 08, 2011, 01:43:34 PM
Hi

Sorry if this is a simple question for experienced people :)

I have introduced email media in a callcenter and need to display the size of the email queue and other simple stats in CCPulse+. I cant seem to get this to work. Could someone give a introduction to this area?

All components are version 8.x

Thanks in advance
Morten

Any specific error? Statistics shown in CCPulse as N/A? Statistics not shown in CCPulse at all?

In Multimedia there is no such thing as simple stats...doesn't work as in voice environment. Please tell us what you may want to do exactly to see if it is really "simple" and also as fnunezsa says, describe your error so we can understand your problem.

Hi guys

Sorry for not answering, I was under der impression I would recieve email notification when a thread was answered but did not.

Anyway, I still have the problem.

There is no error as such, is more a problem with setting things up in general.
I think what I need help with is importing the standard email templates that comes with the ccpulse 8.0. I can see a template in the 8.0 Solution Reporting Templates that would should my needs fine, but how do I import this?

there's an import/export option in CCPulse. Just go ahead and import the template. Also be sure to import the statistics definition into your stat server.

Hi there,

Sorry to barge in like this, but I am with fnunezsa on this. Does the Stats come N/a or just "0"?
Are you using java stats?
