Title: Play message for AMs

I'm trying to leave a voicemail for any of our members who we can not reach (Call result of AMD)

Has anyone rolled this out?  We can't seem to get the leave message treatment to work.

Using what? CPD? GVP? OCS? SIP?

We are currently running CPDs to drive outbound campaigns.  There is a "play a message" option within apply to call section of treatments.  We have also tried the transfer to a DN option.  Is there a simple way to do this?  Thanks for your help

Ok, CPD will detect the AM, then you create a treatment to play a Voice Message for that call, but you have to transfer the call somewhere to be able to play that file...GVP? Does your PBX Tserver support music treatment? Check your documentation and PBX/environment capabilities. Without a complete view of what you have we can't do anything but guess

Assume you will not fall under any regulation here as the call will not be treated as an unsolicited call ...
