Hi,
We are working on a requirement where we are using
Genesys Composer to deploy a Callflow for GVP 8. In the Callflow after the
prompts are played we are transfering the call to a RoutePoint
using RequestRoute Object. The scenario is that when we initiate the
call to a IVR profile mapped trunk, it reaches till the RoutePoint but when the
call leg includes the Calling party and the RP, its getting disconnected
everytime. The call proceeds normally till the IVR trunk is involved as a
call party.
Is there any additional trunk required from Resource Manager to SIP or
any other setting which I would have missed.
Any inputs appreciated.

Hi RDB,
I don't understand your call flow - why do you transfer call to RP to reach GVP and not directly to trunk number associated with GVP? Could you post here logs?

Sorry for the late Reply.
We are transferring the call to the RP at the end of the Composer Call flow.
We are dialing the Trunk associated with GVP to reach the callflow. The only
concern here is that the calling party & called party are on the same SIP switch.
Does this condition favours the scenario for any error?
Because we achieve a successful callflow for Inter SIP Switch calling but its the
Intra SIP Switch calling which is causing the problem.
I am sorry I dont have the logs right now, will ask the support team for the same.
Meanwhile, would like to have your inputs on the scenario.

I'm sorry but I can't understand what your problem is. Is it that you internal calls ("Intra SIP Switch") are not being routed? if so, please check your route_consult_call setting in URS.
