Title: Genesys VAG queue to IEX CT

I am a new user.  Can someone help me?  Does anyone know how a VAG queue setup in Genesys should be setup in IEX efficiently?

I have multiple VQ's and I was told by our customer that they are not multiple skills. Just VQ's.  All queues were built in one "non-skills- based CT" (IEX) and MU.  Now I am required to add a new MU with the same Queues but separate forecast.  Don't know if that makes sense.  Thank you
