We are trying to find technical resources that have experienced installing and implementing Genesys IVR on an Avaya platform so that we can understand the ease as well as the challenges prior to making our decision. Is there anyone out there that is willing to speak freely about their experience? And does the Genesys product work as expected on the Avaya platform? We really appreciate any input that anyone has to offer.
