Our Outbound Solution Dialer dies every hour. We have to reoot the box and start the apps again in SCI. It works fine for an hour or 2...but then dies.
We get these errors in the log:

This was very usual with early 6.1.xxx releases. We have encountered a similar problem, and after having Genesys techies come and look at it, we received an updated OCS and CPD version and it works just fine.
What version are you on?

We are on 6.1 we are waiting for the hotfix coming out this week for it.

I had this problem earlier last year. I asked Genesys about it and they sent me an updated version that seemed to fix it. Are you still in pre6.1.010 versions?
