Hello,
Using SIP 8, GVP 8.1, URS 8, GAD 7.6
Inbound call is answered by agent.
agent wants to transfer call via route point.
agent dials route point number in GAD for 2 step transfer, but hears silence, clock counter is incrementing.
same thing happens in one step transfer, only this time caller hears silence.
call cannot be sent to enter route point within ird/urs monitoring.
if agent dials route point without being in an inbound call, it works fine, and can be seen in ird/urs monitoring.
What could be the problem? i am guessing a setting somewhere but despite some searching cant see what.

Hi,
Probably URS is not configured to route consult calls. Please check URS option 'route_consult_call'.
