Title: Retrieve call from hold

Does anybody know, how to retrieve a call from hold in Genesys Desktop?

If i click on the hold button, the client can see a video commercial, but where can i find the button to retrieve the original call? I dont find it in SIP Deployment guide or in the Genesys Desktop Deployment guide this function..

Just click again on the same button you clicked to put the call on hold. Hold and retrieve functions are perfomed by the same button in Genesys Agent Desktop

Than it plays the video file from the beginning...

Check TServer logs to see why that behavior
