Title: Genesys Plus Adapter for MSCRM - Outgoing calls

Hello,

I'm trying to configure the gplus adapter to pop-up the newly created phone call when an outbound call is generated. This includes calls from campaign.
I've set the pop-call-types and create-call-types with both .In and .Out sufixes, and the pop-ul from screenpop-new-entity is set to /activities/phone/edit.aspx?id={${createdentity.guid}}. If I set the same thing int the pop-url for screenpop-url I get an error that the system does not recognize createdentity parameter.

Also, is there a way to retrieve the connection/interaction id, generated by the server, into one of the fields of the phonecall?
