Please confirm that IRD and SCI 7.5.002.01 can NOT be installed on windows 7 machine.
-
Those components are not supported to run on Windows 7, that's a fact, at least for the version you specified, but this is the type of answer you should look for in Genesys Tech Support WebSite or in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Manual
-
You can try to install some older versions of some Genesys GUI in XP compability mode. For some components it works, but only in x86 architecture. Of course this is not officialy supported.
-
we are supposed to be upgrading to Windows 7 and it's not going well so far I believe. Keep you posted

Some versions of Windows 7 (Ultimate/Professional) have a Windows XP Virtual Machine built in, which can be used to run these apps. Alternatively you could look at Virtualbox or VmWare Server to create a virtual XP environment. As the application would be running under XP it should be supported (but you would have to check).
You could try simply installing them using the compatibility options in Windows 7. Right click on the .exe file and select the Compatibility tab. However this probably wouldn't be supported (again you would need to check that!)

Genesys in an SR confirmed that SCI 7.x and IRD 7.x are not compatible on windows7 OS. we need to migrate them to 8.x management layer. thanks.
-
The 8.x client can still connect to a 7.x Framework...no need to upgrade ALL platform
-
just been told ...GAD 7.6.305.04 now supports IE9
let you know what else as I get it

It's possible to install it on win7 x86
1) go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\9\Intel 32
2) find idriver and idriver2 file
3) change to compatibility to winXP SP3
4) run installation of any Genesys application
5) Use application on win7 ;D
If you can't find idriver on you computer/laptop try to install Desktop Toolkit ActiveX and it'll appear on that location.
